Chase geese away

Geese pose increasing problems for agriculture. Where in the past they traveled to mating areas more northerly ago, geese are increasingly staying in our water-rich environment to spend the summer. In doing so, they feast on fresh grassland and arable crops. Grassland that is visited by a group of geese becomes over-fertilized and unsuitable for silage for the cows. Geese also regularly feast on wheat fields.

Reasons enough to chase geese away with various measures. The damage by geese can be significantly reduced with bangers and the scare-scratch system.
